Existing customers of SANNET.DN.UA can activate the service themselves in the personal account by going to the DIGITAL TV section.

How to use the promotional offer?

SANNET.DN.UA offers a maximum VIP-HD package for 30 days to its subscribers. You can get this gift in your Personal Account. After this period, the tariff will automatically switch to Basic.

How to test Digital TV?

You can familiarize yourself with the channel list and how this service works in the promo version, where 195* channels will be available for 7 days. After this trial period, you will need to activate the service. Upon activation, you will have access to 127 channels within Ukraine and the option to subscribe to the VIP-HD package.

How to use the service?

After activating the service in your personal account, download the application that is adapted for your device in the Personal Account:

  • - For OTT Box devices and TVs based on Android OS 4.4 and higher;

Service Cost

The monthly subscription fee for the service can be obtained by contacting the customer center.

With a single subscription fee, you can activate viewing on three devices and simultaneously watch one web stream through a browser.

Procedure for Deducting the Subscription Fee for the Service

The subscription fee for the service is deducted monthly in advance from the day of service activation.

For the convenience of SANNET.DN.UA internet customers, the fee for the service will be deducted on the day of the main contract's subscription fee withdrawal.

Suspending fee deductions can be done by deactivating the service in the personal account.

How to Suspend or Cancel the Service

  • - To cancel the service, go to the "Digital TV" section in your personal account, deactivate the devices, and click the "Cancel the Service" button.
  • - Suspension of service usage is done by deactivating the service and subsequently activating it at the required time. There is no refund or transfer of funds for previously paid subscription periods.
